There’s a lot to talk about at the barn!
From spotting barn kitties to meeting mini Highland cows, the farm is full of opportunities for curiosity, connection and communication. And of course there’s Skippy- our super sweet therapy horse.
After some time to explore, your child will saddle up for speech therapy in our private indoor arena while you watch (and take a million precious photos) from a dedicated parent seating area.
When your child says or signs or uses their device to say “go” - and their horse starts moving - they experience something very powerful: “My words matter!” That moment is truly priceless.
You will receive this picture schedule to look through with your child before your visit. Visuals are a great way to help them know what to expect before the adventure begins.
